The first stage in the approach of a construction file is the reliable exchange of information. What does Hahbo do precisely? What can we offer? The most important thing is to determine what the customer wishes. A visit on the spot or an appointment in our offices often tells much more than a telephone call. On the basis of a rough sketch from the customer, or a proposal from Hahbo, a first price calculation can be made. This offer will be adapted several times until it becomes a design ready to be given to an architect. In dialogue with the architect, chosen by the customer, our technical service can prepare the plans. The construction file is completed with all necessary technical specifications in order to submit the building request. Meanwhile we do not standstill… together with the customer an analysis is made in order to conclude design and finishing. For the installation of electricity, lighting, heating, air-conditioning, alarm and such more, we can count on number of fixed, trustworthy sub-contractors who stand for a professional finishing. At the moment that the production of the building starts, we contact the customer to conclude the planning for the assembly. On the agreed moment our assembly-team (construction workers) comes to erect the building. The assembly of a Hahbo wooden building only takes a minimum in time: from a few days till a couple of weeks depending on the surface and the complexity of the construction. When a customer wishes to make adaptations or expansions of his building, our after-sale service guides them through possible changes and/or relocation. The integrated approach of your construction file from the first idea till the final realization makes of Hahbo a well arranged key-turn project. La première phase dans l'approche d'un dossier de construction, c'est l'échange d' information . Que fait exactement Hahbo ? Que pouvons-nous vous offrir? Et bien plus important… que souhaite le client ? Une visite sur place ou un rendez-vous dans nos bureaux éclaircit souvent beaucoup plus rapidement les idées qu'un entretien téléphonique. A base d'un croquis du client, ou d'une proposition de Hahbo, une première offre de prix peut être calculée. Ce croquis sera adapté au mieux, jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive à un dessin prêt pour l'architecte. Après beaucoup d'échanges d'idées nous réalisons ensemble avec le client un projet plus ou moins définitif. En collaboration avec votre architecte, notre service technique prépare les plans techniques. Le dossier est complété avec tous les détails spécifiques nécessaires à pouvoir rentrer la demande du permis de construire. En attendant nous analysons avec le client avec le client nous essayons d'analyser les besoins en matière d'aménagement et de finition . L'étroite collaboration avec nos sous-traitants fiables garantit une installation professionnelle en matière d'électricité, éclairage, chauffage, volets, climatisation et alarme. Lors de la mise en production définitive du bâtiment, nous prenons contact avec le client pour faire le point du planning. Le jour venu notre équipe de montage se rend sur place pour monter le bâtiment. En fonction de la superficie et de la complexité du bâtiment, temps de montage varie de quelques jours à quelques semaines. A un moment donné, il se peut que le client, envisage d'adapter ou d'agrandir son pavillon ou décide de le déménager. Notre service après-vente prend soin de la coordination des travaux de transformation ou de déplacement. Hahbo est un concept global qui s'adapte à chaque projet de construction préfabriqué temporaire ou définitif. Nous prenons en charge votre dossier de construction à partir de la première idée jusqu'à la réalisation définitive.

Het eerste stadium in de aanpak van een bouwdossier is de degelijke uitwisseling van informatie. Wat doet Hahbo exact? Wat kunnen wij aanbieden? Maar veel belangrijker is te weten wat de klant wenst. Een bezoek ter plaatse bij de klant of op onze kantoren vertelt dikwijls al veel meer dan een telefoontje. Aan de hand van een eerste ruwe schets van de klant, of een voorstel van Hahbo, kan er een globale prijsstelling gemaakt worden. Vaak moet één en ander enkele malen aangepast worden om te komen tot een tekening die rijp is om aan de architect te bezorgen. In samenspraak met de architect , die wordt aangesteld door de klant kan onze technische dienst de plannen voorbereiden. Het bouwdossier wordt aangevuld met alle nodige technische specificaties teneinde de bouwaanvraag te kunnen indienen. Ondertussen zitten wij niet stil… samen met de klant wordt een analyse gemaakt van de behoeftes inzake inrichting en afwerking. Voor het plaatsen van elektriciteit, verlichting, verwarming, rolluiken, airco, alarm en dergelijke meer kunnen wij rekenen op een aantal vaste, betrouwbare onderaannemers, die garant staan voor een professionele afwerking. Op het ogenblik dat de productie van het gebouw van start gaat, nemen wij contact met de klant om de planning voor de montage op punt te stellen. Op het afgesproken tijdstip komt onze montageploeg op de bouwplek om uw gebouw te realiseren. De montage van een Hahbo gebouw neemt, afhankelijk van de oppervlakte en de complexiteit van de constructie, slechts enkele dagen tot enkele weken in beslag. Het kan zijn dat de klant na verloop van tijd enige aanpassingen of uitbreidingen van zijn gebouw wenst. Onze na-verkoopdienst zorgt voor de begeleiding van eventuele verbouwingen en/of verplaatsingen. De geïntegreerde aanpak van uw bouwdossier van het eerste idee tot de uiteindelijke realisatie maakt van Hahbo een totaalconcept dat uitermate geschikt is voor alle tijdelijke of permanente houten prefab constructies.
